Tasting Notes: 'Blanc de Rose' is unique in Champagne, as it is a co-maceration of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from Damery and Cumieres. The delicate nose reveals notes of rose and violet petals and a hint of grenadine. In the mouth the striking minerality releases aromas of mandarin orange zest and pink grapefruit. The whole is complimented by a wonderful bitterness and very pleasant freshness as it fades from the mouth.

Pairing: This powerful and focused champagne is very versatile at the table. Delicious with charcuterie, salmon, pasta and roasted meats.
