How long after I place an order should I expect delivery?

Because we are a small family run business and take care to package everything by hand, typically your order will process in 2-3 business days. Shipping times vary among states depending on the carrier. Generally, delivery time frames are as follows:

-West Coast:1-3 business days shipping time
-Mid-West: 2-4 business days shipping time
-East Coast: 3-5 business days shipping time

*Please note, we are not responsible for holiday shipping delays and do not guarantee the delivery time frames listed above.

Where can you ship?

We currently ship to many states within the U.S. Unfortunately, we can not ship to certain restricted states such as Hawaii, Alaska, Utah and others. To see if your state falls within our shipping regions, enter the shipping address in the checkout page. For more information, check our Policies for details.

What kind of Champagnes and Sparkling Wines should I expect?

All of our bottles are clean-farmed, estate grown wines that you won’t find in your local grocery stores. Each Champagne is specifically curated from France’s elite grower producers...truly hidden gems. We also have exceptional quality Cavas, Sparkling Rosés, Crémants, Franciacortas, Sekts and even new world sparkling wines. We will also include fun information on the specific bottles, regions, flavor profiles, tasting notes, pairing suggestions, and what makes the wines so unique and special!

When should I expect to receive my Bubbles Club shipments?

First time orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days of the initial  order. If ordered within the 1st to the 14th of the month, you will receive that current month's offering. If ordered on the 15th through the end of the month, you will receive the upcoming month's offering. Subsequent recurring Club Shipments are processed the first day of each month selected and shipped immediately so that we don’t keep you waiting for your fantastic bubbles. Once you sign up as a member, you can easily change your subscription to fit your personal preference and get your Bubbles Club shipments on the select months and dates you choose.

I want more bubbles, how does my 10% discount apply?

As a member, you receive 10% off any additional purchases. Simply add the products to your shopping cart, and your member discount will automatically apply in the checkout page with promo code MEMBER10. You can also add bottles as a one-time add on product to your subscription in the Manage Subscription portal

What are the additional costs of the membership?

Every subscription is charged taxes and shipping which are not calculated in the cost of the bubbles. 

How do you ensure that I am 21 years old or older?

All shipments require an adult signature and ID by someone 21 or older upon delivery.

When am I charged for my subscription?

Monthly payment is processed the first day of every month on the months you select to receive shipments.

Are these standard sized wine bottles?

Yes, all our bottles are 750ml unless otherwise noted.

What happens if I miss my Wine Club Shipment?

Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver 3 times. You are responsible to coordinate your own re-shipment attempts. *We are not be responsible for shipping charges incurred for misdirected shipments or shipments that have made 3 attempts for delivery.

How do I customize my subscription delivery schedule?

Once you activate your account, you can login to manage your account. You can adjust frequency, skip, or cancel shipments from this page. 

How do I make changes to my account?

Most changes to your subscription and profile are easy to make using the 'Manage Subscription' tools. You can update shipping address, payment info, order frequency, order date, and more from here. If you are having a specific issue, please email us at info@wedrinkbubbles.com with details on your request. 

How do I skip or cancel my membership?

You can skip or cancel your membership at any time with no fees. Use the Manage Subscription tools in your profile to make these changes

Do you have a referral program?

Absolutely YES! We love to reward our loyal customers!!

Our reward program tracks "Cork Points" every time you make a purchase for yourself AND every time you refer friends using your unique link. The points are accumulated and can be cashed in for bubbles or merchandise on our online store. To sign up for the Rewards Program, simply click the gift "REWARDS" link on the left of the footer menu to sign up and start earning.
