Tasting Notes: This champagne shows precision, freshness and elegance with an expressive aromatic palate including bright red fruit, a solid backbone of minerals delivered by the vine roots growing into the solid chalky limestone bedrock for which this village is so famous. The bead is very fine and precise with great lift and nice creaminess. 

Pairing: This powerful champagne would be wonderful for a special occasion meal like surf and turf, prime rib or beef Wellington.
