Tasting Notes: This rosé shows red-fruit aromas typical of Zweigelt, Pinot Noir, and Sankt Laurent grapes, with notes of fresh strawberries and cherries accented by sweet herbs and flowers.

Pairing: This Sekt would be an excellent partner to meatier dark fish such as grilled salmon or seared Ahi tuna. Sushi and sashimi are brilliant pairings as well as dishes with root vegetables, mushrooms, and eggplant.
