Tasting Notes: A very unique rosé, with a cheerful and bright palate. It displays lush fruity aromas, where the fruits of the forest, red apple and balsamic notes shine. Short skin maceration to extract the aromas and color before pressing.
Pairing: Great as an aperitif, with desserts or with charcuterie like salami or Jamon Iberico.
