Tasting Notes: Notes of citrus, crisp yellow orchard fruit, clear honey and wet stones. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, tensile and incisive, with an inviting core of fruit, ripe but racy acids and a long, saline finish.

Pairing: Would be delicious as an aperitif or even with a fine fish like bass or with rich meats.
