Tasting Notes: This champagne is a pure expression of Pinot Noir, made from rosé wine. We find red fruit aromas of raspberry, strawberry, violets, and morello cherries.

Pairing: Even though this rosé could be paired with virtually everything, it would be
particularly lovely with charcuterie, barbequed meats, spicy foods and red fruit desserts.
