Tasting Notes: Great vintage balanced and refined with very fine effervescence. Freshness and minerality are given pride of place and magnified by the extreme finesse of the Chardonnay grape variety, the majority in the blends. On the nose, as soon as it opens, we find the burst of roasted aromas (hazelnut, toast), accompanied by subtle notes of barley sugar. On the palate, great generosity is expressed. Intense flavors of brioche and tarte tatin are expressed in a full and harmonious mouth.

Pairing: Because this champagne is rich, it would be delicious with food like scallops, macaroni and cheese, roasted poultry, foie gras, and seafood.
