Join us October 21st for an exclusive evening of Champagne with Laurence Ployez of Champagne Ployez-Jacquemart, visiting us from France!
Valentina Restaurant will host us for an intimate tasting featuring a flight of five exceptional Champagnes from Ployez-Jacquemart. The tasting will be personally guided by Laurence, winemaker of the Ployez-Jacquemart Champagne house, alongside Shiloh Caffrey, founder of We Drink Bubbles. (Dinner is not included in the price of the ticket, your meal will be ordered and paid along with tax and gratuity directly to Valentina Restaurant the night of the event).

Your ticket includes the Champagne flight ONLY. Dinner and food are NOT included in the ticket price. Food and dinner selections will be ordered à la carte directly from Valentina Restaurant and paid separately to the restaurant on the evening of the event.
