Producer Info: From bubbles to bubbles, from generation to generation the Doulet Family has been refining their sparkling wine methods since their birth in the Champagne region in 1895. After almost a century in Champagne in 1980, Marie Doulet made the decision to settle further south in France, and without really giving up her love of champagne, turned her desire to perpetuate family traditions by giving life to their creamy Limoux. Today Marie’s legacy of flavors and passion is perpetuated by her three sons (Paul, Valentin and Guillaume) who continue the adventure of the bubble.
