Welcome to the Cork Collective, the exclusive rewards program of We Drink Bubbles, crafted for our esteemed Bubbles Club Members. Your participation in this program signifies your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. We encourage you to review them carefully to fully understand the program's structure, your benefits, and your obligations as a member.

The Cork Collective is designed to enrich your champagne experience through a structured system of rewards and privileges. Officially launching on May 1, 2024, the program rewards members for purchases, club shipments, referrals, and engagement across various platforms.

By participating in the Cork Collective rewards program (hereinafter referred to as "Program"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions. This Program is offered exclusively to Bubbles Club Members (referred to as "Members").

1. Program Participation

• Participation in the Program is automatic upon subscribing to the Bubbles Club membership.
• The Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited.
• The Program is available only to individuals aged 21 years or older and is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Earning and Redeeming Points

• Members earn Cork Points through purchases, referrals, and specific activities as outlined in the Program details. The rate at which points are earned and the activities that qualify for points are subject to change at our sole discretion.
• Cork Points are redeemable for discounts and rewards as specified. Redemption options may change without prior notice.
• No Cash Value: Cork Points are non-transferrable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit except as specifically permitted by the program.

3. VIP Membership Tiers: 

• Membership tiers within the Cork Collective are based on lifetime spend and offer escalating rewards and benefits. The tiers—Sparkling, Premier Cru, Grand Cru, and Vintage—are designed to acknowledge and reward our most loyal members. Tier status is determined retroactively from the time a member signed up for the Bubbles Club and will be adjusted based on ongoing participation and accumulated spending. 

4. Changes to the Program

• We reserve the right to modify, restrict, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Program may affect the value of the points already accumulated.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for errors or omissions in the administration of the Program. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your participation in the Program.

6. Dispute Resolution

• Any disputes related to the Program will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by us and communicated to you as part of the Program terms.

7. Privacy

• Participation in the Program subjects Members to the privacy policy outlined on our website. Personal information collected will be used to administer the Program, including awarding points and rewards.

8. Acceptance of Terms

• By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and any changes thereto. If you do not agree to these terms, you must cease participation in the Program.
