Bubbles Club Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions thoroughly. By subscribing to our Bubbles Club, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, do not subscribe to our Bubbles Club. 

By becoming a member and placing an order to subscribe to our Bubbles Club, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. There are no fees associated with membership. Member may choose to suspend or cancel subscription at any time with no penalty fees. Recurring subscription orders are processed the first day of each new month on the months pre-selected by the member. Shipments are sent out the first week of each new month. If member chooses to "gift" the monthly selection, the recipient's address must be updated prior to the first day of the next month. Should member choose to cancel subscription, the 10% member discount on additional wines will be discontinued. Each shipment is $100 for 3 bottles of champagne and sparkling wine not including shipping fees and taxes. The total value of the 3 bottles of wine per shipment will be $100 or greater. Shipments include varied mixes of specialty champagnes and artisanal sparkling wines, both brut and rose. A shipping charge of up to $18 may apply. We will not be responsible for shipping charges incurred for misdirected or returned shipments. Taxes may apply based on the shipping address. By becoming a member and providing your membership and credit card information, you authorize We Drink Bubbles to charge your credit card (including shipping and any applicable tax) for each month you pre-select to receive a shipment. Please notify us at before your next order is processed to update your account information, payment method, change your address, skip a shipment, or to cancel your membership. You are responsible for updating your information before orders are processed. You may cancel your We Drink Bubbles Membership at any time by emailing shiloh@wedrinkbubbles.com or online under your account login. We Drink Bubbles may terminate your membership in order to comply with applicable laws, or if you provide any information that We Drink Bubbles determines to be untrue.
