TASTING NOTES: Despite aging on its lees for 10 years, this gorgeous rosé remains shockingly youthful, its vividly flavors of red cherry, strawberry and nectarine wrapped up in a taut, tense frame. It’s silky in texture and intricately complex on the long, elegantly harmonious finish, underlined by a saline chalkiness.

PAIRING: The aromatic complexity & finessed palate make this a great wine to open at the start of your meal as an aperitif, it would be delicious with light appetizers and any roasted meats.
