Tasting Notes: This cuvée is robust, bright and fresh bursting with notes of red apple skin, Asian pear, tangerine and caramel. There are hints of biscuit and citrus on the palate. It is a balanced, complex and delicious champagne. 

Pairing: This is a really flexible champagne that can be used as an aperitif, but also can be paired with meals ranging from fish tacos to chicken dishes with cream sauces.
