Tasting Notes: A dry sparkling wine with a bouquet of white fruit, pears, melons and yeast. There is a subtle nuttiness on the palate followed by a creamy finish.

Pairing: This wine is very versatile with food and its flavors especially pair well with pork, seafood and fruity desserts.

Producer Info: Domaine Gerber is a small, family-run winery that dates back to 1932. Currently  run by third and fourth generations, this family leads with passion and dedication to make only the  most pure wines from the region of Alsace. In the vineyard, they practice organic farming,  regimented pruning techniques and during the spring turn all efforts to preserving the health of the  vines to increase the quality of their grapes. In the cellar, they use the classic method of aging the  wine in old traditional foudre (big wood barrels), which provides micro-aeration and complexity to  the wine.
