Tasting Notes: Airy mousse carried by fine, creamy bubbles. The nose develops fruity notes, yellow-fleshed and stone fruits, characteristic of the grape variety. The palate, dense and evolved, confirms the nose and takes us, thanks to the freshness of the zero dosage, into an unusual and rather disconcerting world combining finesse and density of the wine.

Pairing: This champagne can be enjoyed with roasted poultry, pork with fruit accents, or scallops in brown butter highlight the wine’s ripe yellow fruit and creamy texture, while its zero dosage cuts cleanly through richness.
