Tasting Notes: Rose de Saignee is unique in Champagne, as it is a maceration of Pinot Noir from Damery and Cumieres. The nose of this Champagne is full of rose, wild strawberry, raspberry and blackberry that combine perfectly for a refreshing finish. The whole is complimented by a wonderful bitterness and very pleasant freshness as it fades from the mouth.

Pairing: This powerful and focused champagne is very versatile at the table. Delicious with charcuterie, salmon, pasta and roasted meats.
