Producer Info: Champagne Domaine des Tuileries is a brand new project out of Venteuil. The family draws its roots from a presence in the Marne Valley which dates back to the 17th century when the first traces of the family appear in the region in 1675. Since then, the love of grapes and vines has been passed down through the generations. Here, vines have covered the estate since the 11th century on this plateau where the slopes are facing south and the subsoil is chalky, making this particularity a totally original terroir. Owner and winemaker, Bryan Marx, works to blend his family tradition with new and cutting edge vinification and winemaking with attentive care of his small production, from the vine to the grapes, from the grape juice to the vinification, to eventually the champagne. He lets the wine speak purely as each cuvee is single vintage with no addition of dosage. A quintessential representation of an up and coming quality grower in Champagne.
