Tasting Notes: The nose is quite open and robust, while at the same time rich, fresh and fruity. Notes of yellow fruits, like nectarine and peach, are followed with daffodil, baguette bread and toasted almonds.

Pairing: Great as an apéritif, but it will certainly enhance robust foods like roasted meat, seafood, quiches, white pizzas, and fruity desserts.
