TASTING NOTES: This cuvée is elegant and has great finesse. It has notes of peach, quince, roasted almond and acacia flowers. It is a fruity and floral champagne with an intense clay minerality, accompanied by aromas of fleshy fruits.
PAIRING: A delicious champagne to pair with 24 month old Comté, creamy risotto or rich dishes with cheese.
