Tasting Notes: Interesting style! Lots of brioche, paired with yellow apple and citrus on the nose. Good mousse and great sharpness in acidity. Fruity, nutty palate with grapefruit taking over towards the end. Medium long finish.

Pairing: This champagne is rich and delicious and perfect on its own as an aperitif. It would also be great along side oysters, caviar, soft cheeses, fish dishes and sushi.
