Napa Trip FAQs

What are the dates/times of the trip?

The trip commences Friday, October 7th, 2022 meet at 10:00am at Indian Springs Inn Resort in Calistoga and ends Sunday, October 9th at 4:00pm at Indian Springs Inn Resort in Calistoga.

What is the cost of the trip? 

Total cost without Hotel Accommodations: $3,600/person

What does the cost of the trip include?

3 Winery lunches paired with champagne and/or wine
2 Wine dinners paired with champagne and wine
6 Winery visits/tours and wine tastings
Luxury bus transportation for all group activities
3 Nights Hotel accommodations at Indian Springs Resort if selected

What does the price not include?

Airfare, hotel fees and accommodations, activities outside of scheduled events, additional food/wine purchases, souvenirs, etc are not included in the trip cost. 

How does the payment structure work?

Payment 1: 25% non-refundable initial deposit due at time of booking
Payment 2: 25% non-refundable second deposit due 3 months before trip start date on July 7th, 2022
Payment 3: 50% non-refundable final payment due 30 days before trip start date on September 7th, 2022

**Payments 2 & 3 will be made via personal check or direct bank transfer.

Can I book multiple spots?

Absolutely! The more the merrier! If you are planning on getting a group together, you will be able to book as many spots as are available in one transaction. 

What hotel is secured for the room block?

For those who choose to stay with our group, we have a room block at  Indian Springs Resort in Calistoga. If you choose to stay off site, you will be responsible for getting to and from our pickup location at the hotel for all events.

What if I want to stay somewhere else?

We want to leave your accommodations up to you as to fit every budget and preference. If you choose not to stay at Indian Springs Resort, that's absolutely fine, you will just need to make your own arrangement to get to and from the resort for our meeting pickup and drop off times. We have a bunch of other favorite hotels in the area, if you need some suggestions, we can provide a great list. Airbnb is also a great option if you're traveling with a group! 

What happens if I get sick or for personal reasons cannot join the trip?

We Drink Bubbles will not be liable for any injuries, illnesses, delayed flights, missed flight, late arrivals, stolen credit card numbers, lost luggage, any other crazy stuff that can happen to you when traveling for the duration of the entire trip. If you would like to purchase third party travel insurance to cover these scenarios, we encourage you to do so.

What if COVID interferes with our trip?

Should COVID-19 restrictions interfere with our trip, attendees reserve the right to receive a return of deposits paid, or request We Drink Bubbles to retain the deposit to apply to a future trip. 

What if I want full-coverage travel insurance?

We Drink Bubbles strongly recommends purchasing additional third party travel insurance through a trusted company Trawick Travel Insurance to cover unexpected personal circumstances which prevent attendees from participating in the tour. We Drink Bubbles is not responsible to cover any fees incurred by trip cancellations for any reason outside of COVID-19.

What areas of Napa Valley will we be visiting?

We will be traveling throughout the entire region to get the full scope of the valley; from Carneros, Yountville, St Helena, Calistoga and a few spots in between. All day trips will be within a 40 minute drive of our hotel.

What kind of wines will we be drinking?

We have curated tasting experiences for us to explore the full range of wines Napa Valley has to offer. Each day we will include a mix of Champagne, Sparkling Wine, White and Red wine.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

The restaurants will do their best to accommodate all dietary restrictions. We plan to get all attendees restrictions as soon as possible so we can be sure to accommodate. 

What if we want to break away from the daily planned itinerary?

At any time, you can feel free to make your own plans or simply skip the tours to relax at our hotel. Please note, you will not receive a refund and your individual activities will not be covered in the cost of the trip.
