Tasting Notes: This rosé has beautiful aromatics of ripe strawberry, fresh bread dough, and candied roses. It is juicy and inviting and has a clean, supple, fruity texture. It’s fresh and savory on the palate, with salty lift and a note of orange zest that leaves a mouthwatering finish.

Pairing: This is a really great champagne to be paired with meals ranging from roasted duck and a prime rib roast to desserts like strawberry shortcake or cherry pie.
