Tasting Notes: This brut has a sharp, precise nose of lemon zest, white plum and flint. The palate has a broad and expansive texture balanced by bright acid and shows notes of yellow apple, persimmon, apple blossom, and toasty brioche.

Pairing: Excellent for an aperitif, and also pairs well with cheeses and fish dishes.
