Because sparkling wines are typically blended wines (or cuvees) they have a unique ability to pair with a wide range of foods. Bubbles are the perfect compliment with fruity, savory, sweet, meaty, nutty, and salty foods. Similarly, the acidity of sparkling wine is the perfect counterpart to cut through rich and fatty dishes.
